What you will do

• Partner with Federal agencies to translate security compliance needs into data-driven success plans.
• Extract and manipulate large datasets using Python and SQL to identify correlations between training and risk reduction.
• Create interactive dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to showcase ROI to executive stakeholders.
• Analyze user behavior and simulation logs to identify high-risk cohorts and optimize training curricula.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to present narratives of security evolution.
• Collaborate with Product and Data Engineering to ensure platform telemetry meets market reporting needs.

Requirements

• Expert-level SQL or Snowflake for querying complex relational databases.
• Proficiency in Python for data cleaning, automation, and statistical analysis.
• Mastery of Looker or similar visualization tools for executive reporting.
• High proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and risk analysis.
• Ability to communicate technical data persuasively to Senior Leaders.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the edtech industry.
• Experience with client success metrics such as churn, adoption rates, and engagement funnels.
