What you will do
- Partner with Federal agencies to translate security compliance needs into data-driven success plans.
- Extract and manipulate large datasets using Python and SQL to identify correlations between training and risk reduction.
- Create interactive dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to showcase ROI to executive stakeholders.
- Analyze user behavior and simulation logs to identify high-risk cohorts and optimize training curricula.
- Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to present narratives of security evolution.
- Collaborate with Product and Data Engineering to ensure platform telemetry meets market reporting needs.
Requirements
- Expert-level SQL or Snowflake for querying complex relational databases.
- Proficiency in Python for data cleaning, automation, and statistical analysis.
- Mastery of Looker or similar visualization tools for executive reporting.
- High proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and risk analysis.
- Ability to communicate technical data persuasively to Senior Leaders.
- Must be based in the United States.
