Location: Hybrid in Madrid, Spain (60% office time, 40% remote), option to work 20 days abroad in approved countries.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end analytics pipeline using transactional and behavioral data with applied statistics.
- Conduct deep dives into product datasets for actionable insights supporting decisions.
- Perform product discovery analysis to identify opportunities, generate hypotheses, and guide experiments.
- Apply A/B testing, regression, and forecasting to analyze performance.
- Develop dashboards and SQL reports to track KPIs.
- Present findings to stakeholders and integrate multi-source insights.
- Collaborate with product teams across lifecycle and foster data-driven culture.
Requirements
- 3+ years in data-driven product environment, preferably e-commerce
- Strong analytical/statistical background, critical thinking, problem-solving.
- Proven statistical techniques: A/B testing, regression, forecasting.
- Advanced SQL (query optimization, large datasets, data marts), transactional analysis.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar for dashboards.
- Strong communication for presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Adobe Analytics or similar digital tools.
- Bachelor's/Master's in Statistics, Data Science, CS, Math or related preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with digital customer-facing products and event-based data.
- Mobile app product data analysis.
- Python or R for modeling/automation.
- Cross-functional analytics projects impacting company-wide.
