What you will do

• Build retention reporting dashboards tracking GRR/NRR, renewal cohorts, and churn by segment to monitor trends.
• Conduct pricing and ARR analysis to optimize packaging and revenue opportunities.
• Develop revenue reporting dashboards and core KPIs as source of truth for the revenue organization.
• Track sales conversion across pipeline stages, segments, and reps to identify deal slippage.
• Analyze GTM efficiency including spend-to-revenue ratios, ramp performance, and capacity planning.

Requirements

• Recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Business, or similar
• Understand SaaS revenue metrics like GRR, NRR, ARR, churn and business logic
• Strong business acumen to engage with Sales leads or CFOs
• SQL knowledge and experience in data modeling
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker) for storytelling with data
• Highly proficient in Excel
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks

Nice to have

• Prior internship in SaaS, finance, or operations
• Exposure to CRM data (HubSpot, Salesforce)
