What you will do

  • Perform inbound and outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Research and identify potential leads and target accounts based on defined criteria.
  • Utilize Salesforce, Salesloft, and Zoominfo to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their fit with the ideal customer profile and understanding their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align lead-generation efforts with current campaigns and initiatives.
  • Transition qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven successful experience in outbound lead generation, ideally within a SaaS or subscription model.
  • Strong English communication and listening skills, including the ability to handle objections.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Must be based in Austin, Texas for on-site work.
  • Must have valid US work authorization (no visa sponsorship provided).
