Business Analyst

What you will do

• Collect, review, and translate executive requirements into documentation, presentations, and analysis.
• Analyze business processes for gaps and document using SOPs or workflow diagrams.
• Leverage analytical techniques like ROI, business case analysis, and DAR for optimal decisions.
• Research efficiency solutions, perform solution assessment, validation, and UAT support.
• Maintain client communication, deliver presentations, and contribute to project discoveries and proposals.
• Improve systems by studying practices, establishing critical paths, milestones, and test strategies.
• Provide status reports highlighting project risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident
• Versatility working cross-functionally across Finance, IT, Operations, and Quality.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality documentation and presentations with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Self-starter able to operate independently with minimal guidance.
• Experience in large-scale system implementations across all project phases.
