What you will do

• Collaborate with clients to grasp their business needs and processes.
• Define and clarify project requirements by shaping them into valuable documentation.
• Foster close collaboration with the project team to identify the most optimal technical solutions.
• Manage client expectations regarding scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Verify that the developed solution aligns with the prepared business analysis requirements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in business analysis within software or information systems development.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and requirements elicitation techniques.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable software development requirements.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA.
• Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other software delivery methodologies.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian.

Nice to have

• Experience in the medical domain.
• Experience with 3D modelling projects.
