What you will do
- Support the Programme Manager in delivering workstreams using structured project management practices including RAID, scope, and scheduling.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional specification development for Workday modules.
- Translate complex business needs into clear user stories and requirements for configuration and development teams.
- Coordinate end-to-end project activities including design, build, testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, and cutover.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to internal standards and project governance.
- Conduct impact assessments and support business readiness activities to ensure sustainable outcomes.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Dublin, Ireland.
- 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid role in technology or business transformation.
- Proven experience in ERP implementations such as Workday, Oracle, or SAP.
- Strong proficiency in project management disciplines including governance, dependency management, and reporting.
- Deep understanding of core financial processes like R2R, O2C, and P2P.
- High proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio) and PM/BA tools like Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
Nice to have
- Certifications in Workday Financials or other tier-1 ERP systems.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CBAP.
- Experience in financial services, fund administration, or regulated environments.
- Exposure to tier-1 HCM technology platforms.
