CAPEX Global Category Manager - Indirect: Develop, implement, and drive global category strategies for CAPEX and selected indirect categories with an accent on sourcing technical equipment, machinery, service contracts, and supplier partnerships. Focus on end-to-end ownership including contract negotiation, cost optimization, standardization, and supporting CAPEX projects across multiple regions.

What you will do

Develop, implement, and drive global category strategies for CAPEX and indirect categories aligned with procurement and business objectives
Manage end-to-end sourcing for technical equipment, machinery, and service contracts across regions, including supplier selection, negotiation, pricing, and performance
Drive cost optimization and value through strategic sourcing, standardization, and supplier consolidation
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams to support CAPEX projects and technical requirements
Identify and develop strategic supplier partnerships, evaluate new suppliers and technologies
Monitor supplier markets, industry trends, and innovations; support global CAPEX planning from sourcing perspective

Requirements

Experience in procurement, category management, or sourcing of technical equipment, services, or CAPEX-related projects
Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills
Ability to manage complex, cross-functional, and international projects
Experience working with technical stakeholders (engineering, maintenance, operations) is an advantage
Fluency in English is required
Willingness to travel occasionally
