What you will do

  • Develop, implement, and drive global category strategies for CAPEX and indirect categories aligned with procurement and business objectives
  • Manage end-to-end sourcing for technical equipment, machinery, and service contracts across regions, including supplier selection, negotiation, pricing, and performance
  • Drive cost optimization and value creation through strategic sourcing, standardization, and supplier consolidation
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams to support CAPEX projects
  • Identify and develop strategic supplier partnerships and evaluate new suppliers/technologies
  • Monitor supplier markets, trends, and innovations; support global CAPEX planning

Requirements

  • Experience in procurement, category management, or sourcing of technical equipment, services, or CAPEX projects
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to manage complex cross-functional and international projects
  • Excellent communication and collaboration in international environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
