What you will do

• Own and evolve global sourcing strategies and category roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze global supply markets to inform sourcing decisions and build competitive advantages.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to align sourcing with product and technology roadmaps.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships, conducting business reviews and performance assessments.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations to secure optimal pricing, delivery, and contract terms.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including single-source dependencies and geopolitical factors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace preferred), or International Supply Chain.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing and complex category ownership.
• Experience supporting capital equipment or long-lead engineered-to-order products.
• Strong expertise in supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and category management.
• Analytical ability to interpret market data, cost structures, and financial impacts.
