Assistant Project Manager I (Electrical Construction)

Location: Rogers, Minnesota, United States; onsite work in a company-designated office or field location.

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 per year, paid weekly and commensurate with experience.

What you will do

• Assist the Project Manager with construction project and service management duties.
• Review bid specifications and drawings and develop efficient solutions to project issues.
• Coordinate with clients, crews, superintendents, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Prepare look-ahead documents, weekly and monthly progress reports, and construction schedules using Microsoft Project and/or Primavera.
• Support timely project delivery, client relationship development, and compliance with safety procedures.
• Attend networking events and travel to conferences and job sites as needed.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as an Estimator or Project Engineer in electrical construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong verbal, written, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• OSHA certifications.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
