Business Analyst (SAP)

What you will do

• Work with stakeholders to define clear requirements for process automation and improvement.
• Support Global Process Owners in prioritizing enhancements to core ERP/CRM systems.
• Produce analysis deliverables like BRDs, user stories, functional specs, and UAT scripts.
• Collaborate with Principal BAs and designers to prototype and refine solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and assist in solution validation through testing.
• Develop training materials and support knowledge transfer for new processes.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of business processes applied to real-world assignments.
• Previous experience with SAP ECC6.0 or SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong communication skills to bridge business and technical teams.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Good IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Visio.

Nice to have

• Exposure to manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Experience in Business Process Re-engineering or Change Management.
• Understanding of testing lifecycles, service management, Lean Six Sigma, or ITIL.
