What you will do

• Collaborate with business, operations, compliance, and IT stakeholders to capture and refine requirements
• Analyze and document functional/non-functional requirements, business rules, and integrations
• Facilitate workshops to gather and challenge needs in complex banking settings
• Translate needs into user stories, specifications, and solution documents
• Work with Product Owners and Agile teams for alignment on delivery
• Map end-to-end processes, identify optimizations, and support data-driven initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks in digital transformation programs

Requirements

• Fluency in French and good command in English are required
• University Degree, ideally in Computer Sciences
• Strong knowledge of banking processes and regulatory environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical mindset for structuring complex problems
• Experience in Agile Scrum environments and facilitating workshops
