TL;DR

Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) Analyst (SAP S/4HANA): Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current processes, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized To-Be processes for federal financial ERP modernization. Focus on facilitating Fit-Gap sessions, process mapping, gap analysis, and driving workflow improvements aligned with federal regulations and SAP functionality.

Location: Washington, DC, REMOTE. Must be U.S. citizen able to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, track, and adjudicate customer requirements for SAP S/4HANA.
  • Assess current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
  • Validate functional requirements and As-Is processes, design To-Be processes.
  • Support Fit-Gap sessions, propose workarounds for SAP functionality gaps.
  • Facilitate JAD and IPT sessions, prepare agendas, notes, and briefing materials.
  • Create process mapping documentation, identify gaps, and drive resolutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5+ years in business process improvement, analysis, and engineering for ERP implementations
  • 3–5+ years federal consulting experience, preferably financial system modernization
  • Experience in end-to-end BPR: process mapping, requirements analysis, workflow optimization, gap analysis.
  • Process mapping tools like Visio, Lucidchart; federal financial processes (R2P, P2P, R2R, A2D, BF2E, CM).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, workshop facilitation skills.
  • U.S. citizenship; ability to obtain Public Trust clearance

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA federal financial implementations.
  • Oracle federal ERP systems (Sunflower, Momentum, PRISM, Oracle Federal Financials).
  • Knowledge of TFM, USSGL regulations.
  • Change management, process standardization, ERP adoption in federal environment.
