What you will do

• Maintain follow-up with dealerships for recovery of lien perfection documents.
• Review, remediate issues, and exceptions in title processes.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications, answering title-related questions.
• Perform data entry, ensure organized documentation, and track dealer performance.
• Research state titling laws, work with DMV offices and suppliers as needed.
• Conduct monthly meetings with RSM on outstanding titles and escalate issues promptly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of experience in vehicle title management, preferably in auto finance or installment loans.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, work under pressure, and solve problems independently.
• Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Customer service attitude with experience working with dealerships a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with Dealertrack and/or F&I Express.
• Thorough knowledge of titling laws and regulations for each state.
