What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for agents and brokers to gather information and resolve low-complexity issues.
• Process business transactions and policy changes under the direction of underwriters.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all necessary documentation is present in files.
• Communicate with internal and external partners to research and complete underwriting inquiries.
• Adhere to internal guidelines and service standards to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and eliminate process bottlenecks.

Requirements

• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Willingness to work toward an insurance designation (AINS).
