Focus on overseeing vendor relationships, leading open enrollment, ensuring payroll integration, and maintaining data integrity across HRIS and carrier systems.

What you will do

  • Oversee administration of U.S. health, welfare, and voluntary benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, and disability.
  • Manage relationships with benefit carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators, conducting service reviews and tracking SLAs.
  • Lead annual Open Enrollment planning, execution, system configuration, communications, and post-OE reconciliation.
  • Perform monthly premium reconciliation, invoice validation, payroll integration, and coordination with Finance.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations like ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA; handle reporting, audits, and plan documentation.
  • Oversee 401(k) plan governance, operations, testing, and fiduciary processes including Form 5500 preparation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, business, or related field
  • 7+ years of related work experience in U.S. benefits and retirement
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits laws (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA)
  • Experience with HRIS/benefits systems and vendor management
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
