What you will do
- Oversee administration of U.S. health, welfare, and voluntary benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, and disability.
- Manage relationships with benefit carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators, conducting service reviews and tracking SLAs.
- Lead annual Open Enrollment planning, execution, system configuration, communications, and post-OE reconciliation.
- Perform monthly premium reconciliation, invoice validation, payroll integration, and coordination with Finance.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations like ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA; handle reporting, audits, and plan documentation.
- Oversee 401(k) plan governance, operations, testing, and fiduciary processes including Form 5500 preparation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, business, or related field
- 7+ years of related work experience in U.S. benefits and retirement
- Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits laws (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA)
- Experience with HRIS/benefits systems and vendor management
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
