Focus on managing vendor relationships, leading program projects, analyzing competitiveness, and developing communications strategies.

Salary: $109,268 - $147,832 per year

What you will do

  • Understand competitive landscape and trends to align benefit package with talent strategy.
  • Lead or support retirement benefit initiatives including analysis, design, RFPs, vendor implementation, and communications.
  • Manage financial impact of programs through plan design and oversight.
  • Partner on health & welfare and retirement programs, manage vendors, and handle escalations.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory, and plan document requirements.
  • Build relationships with internal and external partners and lead benefit projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years’ experience in administration of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans.
  • Expert-level analytical skills for interpreting pension, 401(k), and non-qualified plan provisions.
  • Ability to communicate complex matters to non-technical audiences and senior management.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and ability to lead own work and provide guidance to team.

Nice to have

  • Highly organized, proactive, collaborative, and influential without authority.
  • Strong project management, communication, analytical, and financial acumen.
  • Experience with Workday.
  • CEBS/CBP certification.
