Salary: $113,480.25 - $155,000.00 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute forward-thinking benefits strategies encompassing health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs.
• Lead the strategic planning and execution of the annual Open Enrollment process, including renewal strategy and communications.
• Build and manage relationships with benefits brokers, carriers, and third-party vendors to optimize cost and effectiveness.
• Ensure plan compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including timely government filings.
• Collaborate with Finance to forecast and manage benefit budgets and analyze cost trends.
• Lead and mentor a team of 1-5 benefits professionals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Deep knowledge of ACA, HIPAA, Workers Compensation, and ERISA regulations.
• Proven success managing benefits strategies for a population of over 8,000 employees.
• Proficiency in HRIS applications (Workday, Ultimate Software, or Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or a related field.
• Attainment or pursuit of Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) certification.
