About the Role
You will take full ownership of the global benefits ecosystem, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of health, welfare, and retirement programs across the US and international markets. You will lead renewals, negotiations, and RFPs for multiple locations and vendors, administer benefit plans including self-funded and level-funded arrangements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will build and maintain benefits cost-tracking models and reporting systems, redesign enrollment and operational workflows, own vendor procurement and performance management, and create employee-facing benefits education materials. You will act as the subject matter expert on complex employee inquiries and drive high-touch open enrollment logistics.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing US benefits programs including renewals and open enrollment within a multinational company or through a brokerage
- Strong background in benefits design vendor management and market benchmarking
- Deep knowledge of self-funded and level-funded healthcare plans including administration and compliance
- Experience managing 401(k) plans including compliance testing (ADP/ACP) and vendor selection
- Experience managing international benefits programs across EMEA LATAM or APAC
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and ability to translate complex data into clear insights
- Self-starter with a builder mindset capable of operating independently and managing complex projects
Responsibilities

- Administer benefits plans and ensure regulatory compliance
- Monitor claims data and administer level-funded plans
- Lead global market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness
- Oversee enrollment processes audit and redesign workflows
- Build and maintain benefits cost tracking models and variance analysis
- Own vendor procurement lifecycle and performance management
- Design and maintain benefits education content and materials
- Provide subject matter expertise for complex employee inquiries
- Lead open enrollment logistics
