TL;DR
Client Services Manager (Travel Management): Lead onboarding and implementation of new User Agencies and provide ongoing strategic support and account management to existing and prospective agencies. Location: Remote (US, Pacific Time Zone; one week in-person orientation in Virginia Beach, VA required; available for on-site meetings in Sacramento, CA within 24 hours’ notice)

What you will do
- Lead onboarding and implementation of new User Agencies with detailed plans, timelines, and weekly calls.
- Oversee integration of custom travel policies, rule classes, approval processes, user roles, permissions, and system maintenance.
- Develop tailored strategies and goals for User Agencies at STP request and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Provide proactive account management for long-term engagement and program growth.
- Conduct bi-annual analysis of top User Agencies, identify opportunities, and align with strategic objectives.
- Utilize CRM software to track activities, onboarding progress, and agency engagement.
Requirements
- Operate on Pacific Time Zone (PT, UTC -8:00) work schedule
- Travel with STP staff to meetings throughout the state at no additional cost.
- Available for on-site meetings in Sacramento, CA within 24 hours’ notice
- Experience in client services, account management, and onboarding in travel or similar industry.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills for agency interactions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and reporting.
