TL;DR

Client Services Manager (Travel Management): Lead onboarding and implementation of new User Agencies and provide ongoing strategic support and account management to existing and prospective agencies. Focus on developing detailed implementation plans, managing 90-day onboarding timelines, overseeing system configurations, and conducting bi-annual performance reviews.

Location: Remote (US, Pacific Time Zone; one week in-person orientation in Virginia Beach, VA required; available for on-site meetings in Sacramento, CA within 24 hours’ notice)

What you will do

  • Lead onboarding and implementation of new User Agencies with detailed plans, timelines, and weekly calls.
  • Oversee integration of custom travel policies, rule classes, approval processes, user roles, permissions, and system maintenance.
  • Develop tailored strategies and goals for User Agencies at STP request and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Provide proactive account management for long-term engagement and program growth.
  • Conduct bi-annual analysis of top User Agencies, identify opportunities, and align with strategic objectives.
  • Utilize CRM software to track activities, onboarding progress, and agency engagement.

Requirements

  • Operate on Pacific Time Zone (PT, UTC -8:00) work schedule
  • Travel with STP staff to meetings throughout the state at no additional cost.
  • Available for on-site meetings in Sacramento, CA within 24 hours’ notice
  • Experience in client services, account management, and onboarding in travel or similar industry.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills for agency interactions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and reporting.
