What you will do
- Act as main point of contact for provider clinical and administrative teams, building long-term relationships through regular check-ins and on-site visits.
- Oversee provider onboarding and resolve day-to-day issues by partnering cross-functionally.
- Develop strategies to enhance provider satisfaction, retention, performance, utilization, and revenue growth.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations and inform product/service improvements from provider insights.
- Collaborate with care, claims, product, and marketing teams to meet provider needs and improve workflows.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and support provider engagement campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience interacting directly with surgeons and key executives in provider organizations.
- 3+ years in client/provider relationship development roles.
- Direct experience handling portfolios of physician practices, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, and hospitals.
- Strong analytical skills, process-driven approach, leadership, and influence management.
- Excellent verbal/written communication; thrive in fast-paced, matrixed, startup-like environment.
- Ability to engage interpersonally at all organizational levels, including C-suite.
