Salary: $130,000–$170,000 + bonus

What you will do

• Design and implement high-performance systems for a nationwide lending marketplace.
• Develop elegant, high-impact features using Python and Django.
• Ensure stack reliability through sophisticated automated testing.
• Lead high-level code reviews and resolve complex technical bottlenecks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate product visions into technical reality.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish engineering excellence standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering high-impact software at scale.
• Deep proficiency in Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
• Proven success in designing end-to-end technical solutions for complex business problems.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineers and stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring junior talent and championing engineering best practices.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
