Senior Software Engineer - Core Products (AI)

Location: Remote or based in Irving, Texas, United States, or New York, New York, United States

Salary: $130,000–$170,000 base salary per year, plus corporate bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Design high-performance systems powering a nationwide dealer and lending marketplace.
• Build features and services with Python and Django across a full-stack environment.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated automated testing to ensure stack reliability.
• Lead code reviews and resolve complex technical bottlenecks.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver product initiatives and mentor developing engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering high-impact software at scale.
• Deep proficiency in Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript, with the ability to work across the stack.
• Experience designing and implementing end-to-end solutions for complex business problems.
• Experience developing with AI systems.
• Strong communication, accountability, cross-functional collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and promoting engineering best practices.

Nice to have

• BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field.
