What you will do

• Build and maintain modular design systems for direct mail, including standardizing formats and establishing vendor handoff standards.
• Develop a component-based PowerPoint master system for sales enablement, including data visualization and template kits.
• Create a reusable, conversion-optimized landing page component library and documentation in collaboration with demand gen teams.
• Standardize social creative systems, including paid/organic templates, repeat variants, and motion guardrails.
• Modularize ESP-native email block systems and define archetype templates to drive scalability and performance.
• Manage centralized Figma libraries, token governance, version control, and provide internal training on template usage.

Requirements

• Advanced Figma systems architecture expertise (tokens, variants, auto layout, scalable libraries, file governance).
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign for print systems and fluency in direct mail production standards (bleeds, USPS requirements).
• Deep understanding of ESP-native design constraints and modular block systems.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS structure and advanced PowerPoint slide engineering.
• Familiarity with creative automation platforms such as Bynder, Canva Enterprise, or Aprimo.
• Strong grasp of CTA hierarchy and conversion psychology.
