TL;DR

Location: Home-based in Philadelphia PA, New York, New York City, Rochester NY, New Jersey, Virginia, Delaware (US only)

Salary: $118,300 - $219,800 USD (US National Base Pay Range, varies by location; eligible for annual incentive bonus)

What you will do

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Clinical stakeholders to integrate AI-driven experiences responsibly into products.
  • Define and evolve UX vision and strategy aligned to business goals and user needs.
  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of UX designers and researchers, fostering inclusion and continuous learning.
  • Set standards for human-centered, data-informed design and drive adoption of design systems.
  • Conduct continuous research to understand clinical, educational, and patient needs.
  • Champion inclusive design and WCAG accessibility throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in UX design, 2+ years in people leadership
  • Proven track record delivering user-centered digital products in complex, regulated environments like healthcare.
  • Experience leading UX strategy for AI-enabled features, ensuring ethical and transparent AI interactions.
  • Deep knowledge of modern UX methodologies, design systems, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Proficiency with design tools like Figma and research platforms.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US (EEO/AA employer)

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with healthcare or clinical workflows.
  • Experience designing AI/ML-powered products and data-driven interfaces.
