UX Designer (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Create workflows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs for medical provider products.
• Conduct user research to identify friction points for patients and providers.
• Develop and expand the hirify.global Design System by creating new reusable components.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Define quantitative and qualitative metrics to assess design quality and guide iterations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.
• Must be based in the US (US Remote).
• Proven experience designing complex enterprise applications.
• Experience contributing to and using Design Systems at scale.
• Strong portfolio showcasing 2-3 key projects.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or bio-tech.
• Experience conducting user research with sensitive populations.
