What you will do

• Contribute to and evolve a shared design system including components, tokens, and patterns.
• Translate conceptual directions into reusable UI structures and polished high-fidelity designs.
• Support multiple product teams by delivering layouts, icons, and feature interfaces.
• Ensure UI consistency across various applications and services.
• Turn design direction into actionable UI deliverables and technical specifications.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product UX/UI design.
• Strong visual design fundamentals in layout, typography, spacing, and hierarchy.
• Proven experience working within or contributing to a design system.
• Experience working in a product environment rather than just agencies.
• Strong English proficiency required.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Andover, Massachusetts.

Nice to have

• Working familiarity with frontend fundamentals (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript).
• Understanding of how frameworks like React influence UI implementation.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and produce solutions without fully defined briefs.
