What you will do

  • Support multiple departments or global teams by partnering with managers and employees on processes and resources.
  • Collaborate on people processes like talent acquisition, organizational change, learning and development, and performance management.
  • Plan and execute internal company engagement with stakeholders.
  • Enhance work relationships, morale, productivity, retention, and handle employee change requests.
  • Facilitate problem-solving, investigations, accommodations, coaching, and terminations aligned with company values.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, policies, and programs; gather feedback to improve employee experience.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience in employee relations/engagement or similar HR business partner role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a global organization
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and data analysis skills
  • Knowledge of legal requirements and HR policies for compliance
  • Coaching, active listening, and training facilitation skills

Nice to have

  • Track record as champion of organizational culture
  • Ability to mentor other HRBPs
