What you will do
- Support multiple departments or global teams by partnering with managers and employees on processes and resources.
- Collaborate on people processes like talent acquisition, organizational change, learning and development, and performance management.
- Plan and execute internal company engagement with stakeholders.
- Enhance work relationships, morale, productivity, retention, and handle employee change requests.
- Facilitate problem-solving, investigations, accommodations, coaching, and terminations aligned with company values.
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, policies, and programs; gather feedback to improve employee experience.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in employee relations/engagement or similar HR business partner role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working cross-functionally in a global organization
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and data analysis skills
- Knowledge of legal requirements and HR policies for compliance
- Coaching, active listening, and training facilitation skills
Nice to have
- Track record as champion of organizational culture
- Ability to mentor other HRBPs
