What you will do

• Prepare listing agreements, disclosures, and manage accurate property information within MLS systems.
• Coordinate professional photography, staging, and vendor scheduling for listing preparations.
• Manage contract-to-close workflows, including opening escrow and tracking contingency deadlines.
• Review contracts and addendums for completeness, signatures, and date accuracy.
• Serve as the primary communication liaison between agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and inspectors.
• Maintain organized digital transaction files for compliance and audit purposes using platforms like Dotloop or SkySlope.

Requirements

• Previous experience in US real estate transaction coordination, escrow support, or administration
• Strong understanding of the US residential real estate transaction process from contract to close.
• Proficiency with MLS systems, e-signature tools (DocuSign), and transaction management platforms.
• Ability to work independently during the required EST timezone windows
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple active deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional client interaction.
