What you will do
- Process end-to-end payroll across multiple contracts within designated timeframes.
- Manage new starters, leavers, and calculate statutory and occupational leave payments.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure clear communication and meet deadlines.
- Produce and analyze payroll reports and implement annual rate increases.
- Maintain current knowledge of payroll and pension legislation, including Benefits in Kind and Auto Enrolment.
- Audit peer work to ensure accuracy and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements
- Professional payroll experience in a multi-site, multi-contractual environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically intermediate Excel skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of HMRC reporting requirements and pension legislation.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Aberdeen, UK.
Nice to have
- Recognized CIPP payroll qualification or equivalent.
