What you will do

• Process end-to-end payroll across multiple contracts within designated timeframes.
• Manage new starters, leavers, and calculate statutory and occupational leave payments.
• Liaise with various departments to ensure clear communication and meet deadlines.
• Produce and analyze payroll reports and implement annual rate increases.
• Maintain current knowledge of payroll and pension legislation, including Benefits in Kind and Auto Enrolment.
• Audit peer work to ensure accuracy and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

• Professional payroll experience in a multi-site, multi-contractual environment.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically intermediate Excel skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of HMRC reporting requirements and pension legislation.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Aberdeen, UK.

Nice to have

• Recognized CIPP payroll qualification or equivalent.
