• Manage BAU payroll activities, including report reviews and payroll sign-off.
• Ensure strict compliance with UK payroll legislation and regulatory requirements.

• Analyze payroll overpayments to identify root causes and drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience within a payroll team with a strong understanding of UK payroll legislation.
• Ability to constructively challenge existing processes to improve accuracy.
• Demonstrated experience in customer support and effective query resolution.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with third-party stakeholders.
