What you will do

• Coordinate and process global payroll operations, including US, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Manage the transition from Papaya Global to CloudPay, including parallel runs, validation, and reconciliation.
• Lead vendor management for CloudPay, monitoring SLAs, service quality, and accountability for accuracy.
• Support equity compensation processing for RSUs, stock options, and ESPP in accordance with country regulations.
• Stabilize Workday Payroll integration and collaborate with Tech & Ops to resolve system issues.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline global payroll performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in International Payroll and US Payroll within a corporate company.
• Proficiency in Workday (required), as well as CloudPay, Globalization Partners, and Papaya Global.
• Must be based in London to fulfill the requirement of minimum 3 days in-office per week.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with global stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen focus on accuracy and meeting strict deadlines.
