SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant (SAP)

Salary: EUR 10,000–10,400 gross per month. Final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Lead or support SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation programs.
• Configure S/4 FI components, including Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, and ledgers.
• Execute data migration and reconciliation activities using SAP migration tools.
• Analyze legacy FI configurations and redesign them for S/4HANA architecture.
• Conduct FIT/GAP workshops and define target finance architecture.
• Support UAT, go-live, hypercare, and troubleshooting of data inconsistencies and migration issues.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of SAP FI experience focused on S/4HANA Finance transformations.
• Practical experience with FI-S4, Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New Asset Accounting, and Central Finance.
• Experience with Brownfield, Greenfield, and Shell conversion approaches.
• Hands-on experience with Migration Cockpit and LTMC/LTMOM, plus knowledge of FIN_CUST_CONS_CHECK, simplification items, and data consistency checks.
• Experience integrating S/4HANA Finance with CO, MM, and SD.
• English at Intermediate+ level or higher and German at Upper-Intermediate level or higher are required.
