SAP FI Consultant (with German)

Location: One of the listed European countries: Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, or the Netherlands.

Salary: EUR 6,500–10,000 gross per month. Final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Configure and support SAP FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, and FI-AA modules.
• Support month-end and year-end closing, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Participate in S/4HANA Finance transformations, Central Finance projects, and Brownfield or Greenfield migrations.
• Design and optimize ledger structures, parallel ledgers, document splitting, and end-to-end financial processes.
• Ensure integration with CO, MM, and SD, including FI-CO reconciliation and GR/IR processes.
• Conduct FIT/GAP workshops, support UAT, train users, and troubleshoot posting, reconciliation, and reporting issues.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on SAP FI experience, including 2 or more full-cycle implementations or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, NewGL, and S/4HANA Finance with Universal Journal.
• Experience with Central Finance, S/4HANA migration, closing cockpit, parallel ledgers, and document splitting.
• Experience integrating SAP FI with CO, MM, and SD.
• Knowledge of IFRS or local GAAP, audit, and compliance requirements.
• English at Intermediate+ level or higher and German at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
