SAP HCM Consultant (German)

Salary: EUR 6,000–9,160 per month gross; final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Configure payroll schemes and HR structures.
• Maintain PA/OM organizational and employee data.
• Manage time management processes in SAP PT.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and legal reporting requirements.
• Troubleshoot payroll and HR issues and support system enhancements and updates.
• Conduct HR workshops and gather business requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM with a strong HR background.
• Experience with PA, OM, PT, and country-specific PY, such as PY-DE.
• Strong expertise in payroll schemas and PCR rules.
• Knowledge of legal reporting and compliance requirements.
• Experience integrating SAP with FI and SuccessFactors.
• English at Intermediate+ level and German at Upper-Intermediate level or above.
