TL;DR
SAP HCM Consultant (with German): Designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise SAP HCM solutions within cloud-based and hybrid environments for large-scale organizations with an accent on payroll schemes, HR structures, time management, and compliance with local labor laws. Focus on configuring PA/OM/PT/PY modules, troubleshooting payroll and HR issues, conducting workshops, and integrating with FI and SuccessFactors.
Location: EU countries only (Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands)
Salary: EUR 6000 - 9160 per month (gross). Final compensation depends on experience and location and professional growth.

What you will do
- Configure payroll schemes and HR structures.
- Maintain PA/OM organizational and employee data.
- Manage time management processes (PT).
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Troubleshoot payroll and HR issues.
- Conduct HR workshops and requirement gathering.
- Support system enhancements and updates.
Requirements
- Experience in SAP HCM with a strong HR background for 5+ years
- Experience with PA, OM, PT, PY (country-specific, e.g. PY-DE)
- Strong expertise in Payroll schemas and PCR rules
- Knowledge of legal reporting and compliance requirements
- Integration with FI and SuccessFactors
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above
- Level of German – from Upper-Intermediate and above
