Salary: EUR 6000 - 9160 per month (gross). Final compensation depends on experience and location and professional growth.

What you will do

• Configure payroll schemes and HR structures.
• Maintain PA/OM organizational and employee data.
• Manage time management processes (PT).
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Troubleshoot payroll and HR issues.
• Conduct HR workshops and requirement gathering.
• Support system enhancements and updates.

Requirements

• Experience in SAP HCM with a strong HR background for 5+ years
• Experience with PA, OM, PT, PY (country-specific, e.g. PY-DE)
• Strong expertise in Payroll schemas and PCR rules
• Knowledge of legal reporting and compliance requirements
• Integration with FI and SuccessFactors
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above
• Level of German – from Upper-Intermediate and above
