Location: Remote within the US; candidates must be located in the New York area
Salary: $147,500–$195,000 plus sales bonuses, equity, and benefits

What you will do
- Meet or exceed quarterly/annual revenue quotas through proactive outreach and consultative selling to agencies and direct clients
- Build and manage sales pipeline via high-volume engagement, calls, meetings, presentations, and proposals
- Serve as trusted advisor, crafting tailored native/content marketing programs aligned with client marketing goals
- Lead strategic conversations and ideation for results-driven campaigns using Nativo’s platform capabilities
- Respond to RFPs, collaborate on proposals/media plans, and travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
- Represent at conferences to promote value in family-connected advertising
Requirements
- Located in the New York area
- 7+ years digital media/advertising sales experience, ideally in strategic selling, programmatic, CTV, video
- Proven sales to brands/agencies with managed/programmatic deals
- Familiarity with brand storytelling, audience targeting, optimization, digital ad technologies
- Strong prospecting, full sales cycle management, client relationship building
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills; proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce
