What you will do
- Develop programmatic vision and strategy across private marketplaces, curated supply, programmatic guaranteed, and emerging channels like retail media.
- Own programmatic revenue performance, establish pricing frameworks, expand DSP and agency relationships, and optimize via data insights.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing programmatic sales team with clear career pathways.
- Serve as executive contact for key partners, represent at industry events, and build capabilities in identity, measurement, and data activation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Data Science, and Privacy teams to influence roadmap and ensure responsible practices.
- Establish performance KPIs, reporting, and champion innovations in programmatic technology, targeting, and privacy.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in programmatic advertising or adtech, with significant leadership experience.
- Deep expertise across programmatic ecosystem including DSPs, SSPs, private marketplaces, programmatic guaranteed, and data-driven advertising.
- Proven track record of scaling programmatic revenue and building high-performing teams.
- Strong strategic mindset to translate market dynamics into business plans.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations.
- Excellent executive communication, analytical skills, and passion for digital advertising innovation.
