Strategic Partnerships Lead (Adtech): Driving revenue growth and scaling hirify.global's presence across the programmatic landscape by managing strategic relationships with DSPs and SSPs with an accent on outcomes solutions and data-driven advertising. Focus on integrating hirify.global into platform workflows, optimizing bidder logic, and implementing first-to-market monetization partnerships.

Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL or New York, NY. Hybrid schedule (4 days/week in-office). No relocation offered.

What you will do

  • Lead strategic DSP and SSP partnerships to drive the adoption of outcomes solutions and drive revenue growth.
  • Source, identify, and acquire new business opportunities through high-level pitching and industry thought leadership.
  • Manage full-cycle partner relationships, including initial engagement, RFPs, agreement development, and launch.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to embed hirify.global into platform workflows and bidder logic.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for assigned partners, supporting performance evaluation and metrics.
  • Develop and execute long-term strategies to meet and exceed portfolio revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or commercially focused roles within the digital advertising space.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota targets with leading platforms and media owners.
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape, including DSPs, SSPs, and CAPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Currently based in Chicago, IL or New York, NY.
