What you will do
- Lead strategic DSP and SSP partnerships to drive the adoption of outcomes solutions and drive revenue growth.
- Source, identify, and acquire new business opportunities through high-level pitching and industry thought leadership.
- Manage full-cycle partner relationships, including initial engagement, RFPs, agreement development, and launch.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to embed into platform workflows and bidder logic.
- Act as a subject matter expert for assigned partners, supporting performance evaluation and metrics.
- Develop and execute long-term strategies to meet and exceed portfolio revenue goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales or commercially focused roles within the digital advertising space.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota targets with leading platforms and media owners.
- Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape, including DSPs, SSPs, and CAPIs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Currently based in Chicago, IL or New York, NY.
