What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for managing software integrations during the customer onboarding process.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers and Developers to scope, plan, and deliver integration projects on time.
• Lead technical discovery calls to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical documentation.
• Manage and troubleshoot technical integration issues and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, set timelines, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve integration workflows and identify opportunities for automation or standardization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, technical account management, or software implementation, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Experience with system integrations using APIs, SSO, data exchange formats (JSON, XML), and platforms like Azure, or other ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
• Location: Must be based in Nashville, TN
