Project Integrator

TL;DR

Project Integrator (IT): Perform end-to-end PMF programmatics for assigned IT projects with an accent on schedule management, control gates, deliverables verification, and stakeholder coordination. Focus on creating and tracking project documentation, action items, and status reports while ensuring compliance with customer frameworks and security requirements.

Location: Sterling, VA (onsite)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project programmatics including schedules, milestones, deliverables, and control gates using MS Project and customer tools.
• Create, update, and version control project documentation and PMF deliverables.
• Track action items, produce status reports, and develop briefings for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, security, field customers, and vendors for requirements, deliveries, and certifications.
• Leverage group experience to facilitate project execution in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance with Poly required on day one and eligible for crossover
• 12+ years experience managing technical/IT projects for the customer, including control gates and technical review boards.
• Expert with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with Visio and Access.
• Strong understanding of customer field environment, organization, policies, and project management framework.
• Excellent written/oral communication; ability to manage multiple projects in dynamic, stressful settings.
• BS in Management Information Systems or related IT/management field (equivalent experience accepted).

Nice to have

• PMP and ITIL Foundations certifications.
• ServiceNow, PowerBI, Confluence, JIRA knowledge.
• Experience with field communications and coordination.
