What you will do
- Build and own high-quality pipeline in mid-to-large enterprise accounts via outbound, networking, and inbound.
- Lead full-cycle enterprise sales, including discovery, solution design, negotiation, and close.
- Engage C-level executives and multi-thread stakeholders for alignment.
- Articulate customer value aligned with business priorities.
- Plan territory and accounts for land-and-expand opportunities.
- Maintain pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and partner with SDRs, Marketing, Solutions Engineering.
- Represent at industry events to build brand and pipeline.
Requirements
- 4+ years B2B SaaS sales with track record closing complex enterprise deals
- Experience selling into North America or EMEA enterprises
- Proven quota attainment in mid-to-large enterprises.
- Managing long, multi-stakeholder cycles with C-level engagement.
- Strong structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger).
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills.
- Data-driven pipeline and strategic account planning.
- Hands-on with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Willingness to travel for meetings and events
Nice to have
- Familiarity with DevOps ecosystem, cloud infrastructure, IaC, Terraform.
- Potential for sales leadership.
