Location: Hybrid; must be based in St. John's, NL or Toronto, Ontario, with regular travel to downtown Toronto

Salary: $70,000–$110,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Generate qualified pipeline via cold calls, emails, and social outreach to drive company growth.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs).
  • Act as the primary brand contact to uncover prospect pain points and align them with AI solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth account research to identify key decision-makers and buying signals.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure high-quality meeting handoffs and deal progression.
  • Maintain accurate outreach and lead records using Salesforce and other sales tools.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in a Business Development role.
  • Confidence and executive presence when engaging C-suite and senior leadership.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for outbound prospecting and pipeline growth.
  • Ability to understand and clearly communicate the value of technical AI products.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills focused on empathy and persuasion.
