Sales Development Manager

TL;DR

Sales Development Manager (Sustainability Sales): Manage Sales Development team across Americas region to drive pipeline growth through outbound and inbound lead generation with an accent on strategy development, process optimization, and KPI exceedance. Focus on coaching associates, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing.

Location: Toronto - onsite

Salary Range: Base 110K -120K and 40K - 50K Variable

What you will do

• Own sales development strategy and collaborate on regional demand generation with sales directors.
• Develop scalable processes, monitor opportunity quality, and track team metrics for leadership reporting.
• Analyze performance data to address gaps and collaborate with marketing on lead generation plans.
• Manage team budget, recruit, onboard, coach associates, and conduct 1:1s, reviews, and training.
• Motivate team through incentives, team building, and role modeling core values.

Requirements

• More than 2 years managing high-performing sales development teams
• 2+ years exceeding targets as SDR/BDR
• Full professional proficiency in English (C1); additional languages a strong asset
• Experience developing business across Americas (AMS) region
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sustainability, procurement or related field
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator
• Strong time management, organizational, communication, and analytical skills
