Location: Hybrid in Vancouver, Canada (Office attendance required Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday)

Salary: $60,000 CAD base + variable commission

What you will do

• Generate leads through outbound account targeting, cold calling, and multi-touch activity.
• Qualify and follow up on inbound marketing-generated leads to fuel the sales pipeline.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly objectives for lead generation and new meetings.
• Collaborate with the broader sales organization to drive pipeline growth across teams.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of hirify.global's product and service value propositions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of SFDC (Salesforce).
• 1+ years of inside sales software experience preferred.
• Experience calling into and communicating with CXO-level executives.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding lead generation and sales objectives.
• Must be based in Vancouver, Canada.
