What you will do

  • Own sales execution and performance within the assigned Canadian territory for mid-market prospects and customers.
  • Drive quarterly and annual net new software revenue (ARR) through prospecting and pipeline development.
  • Manage complex sales cycles, including multistage presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior management and C-suite finance stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Consulting, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams.
  • Utilize Salesforce, Salesloft, and LinkedIn to optimize sales efficiency and ensure accurate reporting.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada.
  • 3+ years of proven success in Regional Sales Manager roles working with mid-market finance teams.
  • 5+ years of total quota-carrying experience in high-growth SaaS or enterprise vendors (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).
  • Extensive experience in new logo acquisition and territory development.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools like Salesforce and Salesloft.
