TL;DR

Mid-Market Sales Executive (SaaS/Cloud): Drive new business growth within the mid-market segment owning the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing with an accent on consultative selling, relationship building, and execution excellence. Focus on territory planning, cross-functional collaboration, and representing at industry events to achieve revenue targets.

Location: Tel Aviv Full-Time (Onsite)

What you will do

  • Identify and qualify opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound leads.
  • Own the full sales cycle including discovery, presentations, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers to drive adoption, renewal, and expansion.
  • Practice consultative selling by aligning hirify.global's value with customer needs.
  • Maintain CRM data, forecasts, and collaborate with Marketing, SDR, Solution Engineering, and Channel teams.
  • Develop territory strategies and represent at industry events.

Requirements

  • 2+ years B2B sales experience with proven track record in SaaS.
  • Success owning full sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
  • Strong consultative selling skills for technical and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Familiarity with AI tools; hard worker with high energy and standards.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with DevOps ecosystem and cloud infrastructure.
