What you will do

• Coordinate logistics for physical events, conferences, meetups, and field marketing activities.
• Manage relationships and deliverables with vendors, venues, suppliers, and designers.
• Track event timelines, checklists, and internal approval processes.
• Prepare event materials, swag, booth assets, and handle shipping and onsite logistics.
• Maintain organized documentation for events, campaigns, and vendors.
• Support CRM updates, lead lists, and assist with webinar logistics.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in coordination, administration, operations, or marketing.
• Ability to work part-time in a hybrid setup from Tel Aviv.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent follow-up and communication skills.
• Proactive and reliable mindset with a hands-on approach.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting physical events, conferences, or community activities.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, Asana, or Google Workspace.
• Basic understanding of B2B marketing or startup environments.
• Comfortable working in English and Hebrew.
