What you will do

• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with affiliate partners
• Analyze affiliate performance and identify growth opportunities across sales funnels
• Optimize partnerships by collaborating with marketing, PR, and Product teams
• Research, recruit, and negotiate new affiliate partnerships in established and emerging markets
• Provide partners with product updates, launches, and editorial assets
• Drive brand leadership through affiliate collaboration and performance marketing

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English
• 5+ years in affiliate marketing
• Strong understanding of digital marketing: content marketing, SEO, social media, online advertising
• Hands-on with SEMrush, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb
• Analytical and data-driven decision-making
• Proven negotiating commercial terms and managing strategic partnerships
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
