What you will do

• Own end-to-end management of Search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to hit CPA, ROAS, and growth targets
• Conduct keyword research, query mining, and competitive analysis for new opportunities
• Develop bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and account structures
• Run A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding
• Analyze performance, build dashboards, and collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams

Requirements

• 2-3+ years hands-on PPC experience with strong focus on Search
• Proven expertise in Google Ads and Bing Ads
• Experience in B2C and/or B2B SaaS marketing
• Success scaling high-budget campaigns with measurable ROI
• Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics or similar
• A/B testing, CRO, and landing page strategy experience
• Cross-functional collaboration and clear communication

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI-driven tools and automation workflows
