What you will do

  • Own and lead the global influencer marketing strategy across all brands and markets
  • Manage and optimize multi-million dollar budgets with focus on ROI and scalability
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing influencer marketing team including hiring
  • Lead negotiations, close high-value deals with influencers, agencies, and partners
  • Drive performance-based campaigns, analyze results, and optimize for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align influencer activities with business goals
  • Identify new opportunities, platforms, and trends in the influencer ecosystem

Requirements

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing with strong focus on performance influencers - Must
  • Fluent English - Must
  • 5+ years in influencer/partnerships/performance marketing
  • Proven managerial experience - Must (team leadership, hiring, development)
  • Hands-on experience managing multi-million dollar budgets
  • Strong negotiation skills and track record of closing high-value deals
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing, attribution, and ROI-driven campaigns
  • Experience working with influencers and agencies at scale
  • Ability to build and scale processes in fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Visa note: No sponsorship in the EU. For Hong Kong, require 2+ years experience and related degree. For Singapore and UK, sponsor only mid-career or above.

  • Experience in SaaS companies
  • Background in global marketing and multi-market execution
  • Familiarity with affiliate or performance partnerships ecosystems
  • Experience scaling influencer programs into primary growth channel
